Membership Incentive Program. – 2 for 1
As I am sure you are aware, the number of MDVETS members has fallen considerably, especially in the last four years where we have dropped from 328 paid members in 2020 to 188 in 2025. The number of playing members has also fallen from an average of between 70 to 80 per game to between 40 to 50 in 2025.
So we are looking at ways to reverse the decline and have decided to introduce a novel 2 for 1 program for our event at CRANBOURNE on 26th May. This will be our next to last opportunity to play on a great course before it closes for good at year’s end.
So if you bring along a guest that guest pays for FREE and the Vets will cover the cost. If that guest then joins the Club, the proposer will receive a sleeve of golf balls.
We believe the best way of increasing our membership is for our active members to invite their friends along so they can have the experience of playing with us. Our hope is that their experience is enjoyable and they decide to join the club.
Can I strongly encourage you to invite your friends along to Cranbourne on 26th May. We will also have membership forms readily available. “Get them while they are warm” so to speak
Cheers
Larry Wilson”
