Our Rules were last amended at our AGM 23 Sept 2019.
A special Resolution is to be put at our annual general meeting to update our Rules following the ministerial review pursuant to the Associations Incorporation Reform Act 2012 Regulations – This review proposed several amendments to the Model Rules – While the major change to the Rules related to Disciplinary Procedures, there were several minor phrasing changes and your Committee also took the opportunity to include the majority of our By-Laws into the Rules with these changes, all these changes are set out in the attached Explanatory Statement “view here” – a marked up copy of the “Rules” can also be viewed “here” – Once approved by the AGM and confirmed by the Registrar, these “Rules” will replace our current Rules.

That the Association Rules 4, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 18, 20, 23, 24, 27, 28, 30, 34, 35, 40, 41, 44, 46, 56, 62, 65, 69, 71 and 75 be amended as set out in the “Explanatory Statement” – to view click here
Preliminary Notice of AGM
The Annual General Meeting is to be held at Spring Valley Golf Club on Monday October 14 at the conclusion of the days golf.
Nominations for Committee are to be lodged with the Secretary by August 15 (obtain nomination by clicking here or from the Secretary)
