On Monday January 22nd, the MDVGA played the Hume Veterans in the annual challenge Grudge match.
Gisborne was in excellent condition and the weather was extremely kind.
Melbourne retained the Cup against Hume with team scores of MDVGA 11 to Hume 6 with 3 matches tied.
All 40 players from both sides arrived without dramas on a beautiful not to hot day with the course in excellent condition
The competition is a 4BBB with the end score determining the result.
